9:00-9:30 – Little Kicker/Juniors Sparring Ages 4-11
9:30-10:15 – Beginner Class-Family Class-Open Class
10:15-11:00 – Leadership Team -All Students
11:00-11:45 – Sparring**: Ages 12-Adult

Little Kickers: Open for ages 4-7 will be working on solid and striped belts. Students will follow the curriculum on the back of their student cards.Students must reach 40 classes before testing for the next belt.

Open and family classes: Available to all students. These classes will be targeting new students as well as serving families.

Leadership Team: Members must arrive early and be prepared to start class on time. Please bring any equipment you need and have it ready as well.

Juniors, Teens, and Adults: Classes will be working on a rotating curriculum from levels 1-6 over a four-month period. Intermediate students are gold, Orange, and, Green Belts. Advanced students are Purple, Blue and, Red Belts. Students must reach 40 classes to be eligible for testing.

Brown and Black Belt Classes must be attended for those students training for Jr. BB, BB, and 2nd Degree BB. Red belt students must attend a minimum of 80 classes prior to review for brown belt testing.

Total Fitness Training: An 8- week training class using kickboxing, toning, core strengthening, and cardio training as tools to get you in shape. Minimum age for this class is 14 years old.

Defensive Concepts**: Designed to study the art of self-defense. All Participants must be pre-approved by Mr. Armstrong and Mr. Stewart

Sparring**: A class geared toward the application of competitive sport karate and refining target awareness , acquisition and defensive skills. Must be yellow belt or above and have prior approval from Mr. Armstrong.

**Defensive and sparring class require students to wear full protective gear.
