Early registration for the A+ After School Program is now open and will run through June 30. By registering early you take advantage of our best rates. We do anticipate filling up again this year.
We are using a new form (see button below). Please follow the instructions on the form to register your child or children. We have links built into the form to send you right where you need to go.
Your registration fee will cover a uniform and t-shirt for all students. If you would like to UPGRADE to an MPK Team Uniform, there is a link for you to use during registration.
*Choose black and white if you are White Gold or Green Belt
*Choose black and red if you are Purple Belt or higher.
Keys to registering:
- Register all family members SEPARATELY
- Student #1 register – Do NOT use discount code
- Student #2 register and apply FAMILY2 discount code
- Student #3 register and apply FAMILY3 discount code
- Be sure to choose and register for your snack account if using MPK for snacks. (Register each student separately)
- Only order a uniform if you need an EXTRA. All students will receive a new uniform at the start of the school year as part of your registration!
MPK Summer Camp is also open and ready for registration.
Thanks to all the members who have jumped in and been a part of our online lesson program! Also please let us know if you would like us to REINSTATE your membership as an evening program. We realize you may need a different program in the future and we will make sure everyone gets the program they need.

You may also go straight to our phone app and register there. If you have not used your app in the past or have an issue getting in, you may need the studio code to get access. 608-846-5111 is your “access code” or “studio code”.
