Martial Arts

AGES 12 to Adult. Our Tae Kwon Do-based program teaches a combination of sport karate skills and practical application with general curriculum, as well as sparring and self-defense classes. Our format includes physical fitness, respectful behavior, and self discipline. The goal is to develop focused, well-rounded, and confident students.

Easy Start Trial

We make it really easy for both kids (age 4 and up) and adults to get started in our evening martial arts program. Join with a trial membership and get one full month of classes, a uniform, and your white belt (earned after six classes), all for one low cost.

All Easy Start Trials include a free one on one private lesson to break the ice. It’s an opportunity to work privately with an experienced instructor to learn a few of the basic skills, as well as finding out what to expect in class and expectations for mat and class etiquette. The intro lesson isn’t required to participate in the one-month trial, but it can help you be more comfortable and prepared for your first group class. Just be sure to schedule in advance so we can have a staff member available.

* Your one-on-one session helps you find out what to expect from classes and the expectation for mat & class etiquette. It is encouraged but not required to begin your trial. Please schedule one-on-one in advance to ensure a staff member is available.
