Testing on Wednesday

It is almost here for Gold through Purple Belts, and we have a big group getting ready to show us their skills at their Belt Test. For testing students, there's a list of reminders below. For everyone, belt testing is on Wednesday, April 22 for all groups, and there will be no regular classes that night. Monday, Tuesday (sparring and weapons), and Thursday classes will be held at their normal times for all students. Almost all testing students have received permissions slips already, so students should know if they're testing or not, but if there are any questions about eligibility, please reach out. As always, everyone is welcome to come watch and cheer on the testers.

Belt Testing Reminders:

• You must have all your stripes and classes and have permissions slips (LK and Jrs) signed and returned before test time
• Test fees should be paid before the test (students promoting to a new color belt only)
• Little Kicker testing begins at 5:30 p.m.
• Junior/Adult testing begins at 6:00 p.m.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a good warm up
• Full uniforms are required to test
• We have open gym on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 - this is a great opportunity to get an extra class in and fine-tune your skills.
