MPK is hosting an exciting seminar on March 22, from 1-5pm. We will be working on a really effective self-defense martial art called “Panantukan”.
Panantukan is a boxing style also known as “Filipino Boxing”. We will be working on empty handed drills as well as drilling focus mitts. Josh Prior from the Minnesota Kali Group of Madison will be leading or seminar.
This seminar will be a great experience for any of our adult members as well as our students ages 10 and up. No experience is necessary to participate.
