Who doesn’t like to break stuff?! Join MPK to KICK for a Cure!
On July 26 from 2-9 pm, Deforest is hosting the annual Relay for Life through the American Cancer Society. The event is a positive force which brings survivors and families together to shine a light on cancer, treatment, and surviving. MPK has always supported the ACS & Relay and we will again this year.
To support the Relay this year we will sponsor a Kick-a-thon. Here is how it will work:
1 – Sign up at the studio and pick up board.
2 – Have a goal to reach out to 15-20 friends and family members and let them know that you are raising money for an incredible cause. Usually asking for $5-$10 is a great start. (Any amount is appreciated.)
3 – Have your sponsor sign your board for support.
4 – Attend the Relay for Life event and help Kick cancer’s butt!
Time is of the essence. Please get started as soon as possible so we can make a difference. We will practice our board breaking skills so that we are ready to bust our boards for a cure.
