We are gearing up for our next session of Hyper Pro Training.
If you are not familiar with this class, it is super exciting martial arts class designed for making us all better martial arts athletes. Classes meet two times per week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Classes are 45 minutes and focus on both dynamic physical workouts as well as a martial arts weapon.
