Keep in mind our current kickboxing schedule will continue into the fall. If you haven’t tried it yet and you are interested in trying a class, your first class is free!

Tuesday:
5:30-6:15 AM
7:00-8:00 PM

Thursday:
5:30-6:15 AM

Saturday:
8:00-9:00 AM
