We are excited to announce that YOGA is back! It back on the schedule here at MPK starting this week on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:15pm. Moving forward, it will be Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 pm. Yoga instructors Erin Kelly, Stefanie Nelson-Muller, and Liza Verhelst Hahn will teaching our classes and we are lucky to have them on board!
We use a punch card for both Yoga and Total Fitness Training classes. Your cards may be used for both. On February 1, punch cards will go up in price, so get them while they last. Use this link to purchase your cards online: Punch Cards
