For Gold belts or higher of all ages who are interested in sparring
This seminar is designed to educate participants with an introduction to sparring. It’s an excellent opportunity to get a feel for the practice and acquire some essential tools before joining a regular sparring class. Whether you’re a seasoned sparrer or just starting out, this seminar promises to be a valuable experience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While there will still be Little Kicker sparring on this day, please be aware that there will be NO JUNIOR/ADULT SPARRING during the specified time.
