NOTES FOR SATURDAY, MAY 3 — Saturday morning class will begin at 9:00 a.m. as opposed to 9:45.
There WILL NOT be Hyper Pro Training Saturday morning.
Super Saturday training has been moved to Saturday the May 10 as a combined 1st and 2nd Degree training session.

We have moved the next promotion test date to the weekend of April 26. Testing will begin at 9:30 with our Little Kickers and move through the ranks. We will post estimated test times soon…

MPK is hosting an exciting seminar on March 22, from 1-5pm. We will be working on a really effective self-defense martial art called “Panantukan”.
Panantukan is a boxing style also known as “Filipino Boxing”. We will be working on empty handed drills as well as drilling focus mitts. Josh Prior from the Minnesota Kali Group of Madison will be leading or seminar.
This seminar will be a great experience for any of our adult members as well as our students ages 10 and up. No experience is necessary to participate.
