MPK is open this evening, Monday, Feb. 5, for our normal class schedule.
And, remember we are holding a FREE INTRO TO SPARRING session tomorrow evening, Wed. 2/6 at 5:30. All are welcome to join us to learn more about the fun and exciting sport of sparring!

We have a Black Belt test this Saturday, February 3, for six students who have put in a ton of time and effort to get to this point.
Because of this testing event, there will be NO open gym, Super Saturday, or stripe testing this week. If you’re available, we’d love to have you come and watch the test and support your fellow MPK students. It’s a great opportunity to see a demonstration of the entire curriculum, from White Belt to Black Belt. The test this Saturday begins at 10:30 am — we hope to see you there!

THIS Saturday (January 27th) is our next Ninja Night for ages 8-12! Sign up now if you’re interested, the spots are filling up fast. The night will consist of three hours of super fun and engaging martial arts games and activities, a pizza party, and a movie!
Who is eligible for this Ninja Night: AGES 8-12 – PLUS a buddy in the same age group
Time: 5-8 PM

After a weekend of weather issues, we’re back and ready to go. We hope everyone survived the storm in good shape and was able to enjoy the weekend.
We are OPEN this evening for our normal classes. Please dress warm and take your time getting here.

Midwest Professional Karate will unfortunately be closed tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 12 due to the weather. Our neighbors at Jump Around Gymnastics will also be closed.
We will hold a makeup class for our Brown Belts since this was our last Super Saturday before testing.

Due to the Winter Storm Warnings, our morning Total Fitness Training will be cancelled on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
And with the very high possibility that Tuesday, 1/9 will be a snow day, it’s important to revisit our Snow Day Policy. Our policy is simple: if the school’s are closed, we are closed. This will include After School, Evening Classes, and Total Fitness Training…
