New Ninja Night, Coming Soon!

We’ve got another Ninja Night coming up on Saturday, December 16, for ages Kindergarten to 7! If you don’t already know, Ninja Night contains three hours of fun and engaging martial arts games, a pizza party, and ends with a movie. Feel free to bring a buddy!

  • Who: Ages Kindergarten to 7 – plus, a buddy in the same age group
  • When: December 16th – 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • What: Exciting karate games, scrumptious pizza party, and a movie

The cost is $35.00, and kids can bring a friend who isn’t an MPK member for $20.00. Use discount code MPKBuddy (when registering the buddy only) to get the reduced rate for that child.

Upcoming Schedule Notes

With review week and holidays coming up, we have a few important things to note, so here’s an overview of our upcoming schedule details:

► Monday, November 20

  • OPEN
  • Hand and Combination Stripe Testing

► Tuesday, November 21

  • OPEN
  • Regular sparring classes and Total Fitness
  • NO weapons

► Wednesday, November 22

  • NO After School
  • OPEN GYM. No regular classes tonight. Parents can join students on the mat to help work on their skills. Black Belts will be available for any student who is qualified and ready to test for their stripe.
  • 5:00-5:45 LITTLE KICKER, 5:50-7:00 YOUTH TO ADULT
  • Hand and Combination Stripe Testing

If you are unable to attend Monday and Wednesday for stripe testing, no need to worry! There will be numerous opportunities for all stripe tests in the following weeks.

► Thursday, Friday, & Saturday – November 23-25

  • CLOSED for the Thanksgiving holiday!

► November 27 – December 15

  • REVIEW WEEKS — This will be designated time for students to focus on practicing all of their skills for stripe testing, in order to prepare for TEST WEEK. (Skills include: Self-Defense, Hands, Traditional Movements/Forms, Kicks, & Combos)

► December 18 – December 21

  • TEST WEEK – This week is focused solely on belt testing. Students with all of their stripes and classes will be eligible to test. Test Schedule to be announced soon!

► December 22 – January 2

  • CLOSED for the holidays

Ninja Night 2 — Nov. 11

Our second Ninja Night for ages 8-12 is coming up on November 11.

It’s a fun 3-hour party that includes karate games, a pizza dinner, and a movie (feel free to bring a pillow or blanket). MPK kids can bring a buddy at a discounted cost. Spots are filling up fast so sign up soon!

  • When: Saturday, November 11 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Who: MPK members ages 8-12, plus buddies in the same age range
  • Optional: bring a pillow and blanket for watching the movie

Halloween Schedule

On Tuesday, Oct. 31, our evening karate and Total Fitness classes will be cancelled so families can enjoy the Halloween festivities.

Our morning Total Fitness class and the After School program are still on at their normal times.

Ninja Night II on 11/11

Now it’s time to let the older kids have their turn. Our October Ninja night for the younger kids was a huge success, so now our November Ninja Night will be for kids ages 8-12.
